Provincetown Dog Park Association, Inc.

A pet emergency shelter at the Veteran’s Memorial Elementary School passed in a vote of 3-2 by the School Committee on November 9, 2010.

Proposed by-laws, Unlawful Tethering of Dogs and Animals Left Unattended in Motor Vehicles, overwhelmingly passed at Town Meeting on November 8, 2010.

Provincetown’s new by- law, Unlawful Tethering of Dogs, represents only the third town in Massachusetts to have such a law, and Animals Left Unattended in Motor Vehicles is the FIRST law of its kind in Massachusetts!

Proposed by- law making Pilgrim Bark Park’s rules and regulations a Town by- law with fines for non compliance overwhelming passed at Town Meeting on November 8, 2010.
